Our Dentist Office – Most Frequently Asked Questions:
What insurance do you take?
We accept most Utah insurance networks and other private insurance plans as well. Our staff will assist you in determining what portion of your treatment is covered by insurance. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit. If you’re insurance is not listed, please call in for further information on insurances we may also accept.
We also accept assignment of your benefits. This means that at the time of service you will be asked to pay only the portion insurance is not expected to cover. We will then file your insurance for you.
Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.
